Convenient location for a short stay to visit the area.

Convenient location to the train station. Lots of food options within walking distance. Great breakfast options. Good for a short stay.

Bathroom layout was a bit strange. No main door to the bathroom. Luckily we were a family, it might be awkward if you are staying there with others. There was a little bit of mould in the shower.

Wonderful location & great staffs but the room is too small especially the one I had on the corner.

Location is just cross street from the bus station- very convenient!

nice room close train and bus station

close train station , good size room, comfortable bed. breakfast ok.

they don’t clean the room. the cleaning board was on door as indicated in reception. cleaning service came in change on towel and did not clean the room. hotel charge by check in in full and additionally set a deposit.

Generally happy with the hotel. It was very convenient as the meetup point for our tour to Taroko Gorge was only 5 mins

The location of the hotel was fantastic as it was just 5 mins walk from Hualien Station.

Not near night market. Had to pay for laundry $10 x 5 for a wash and $10 x 1 for dryer.

Good location, clean hotel

Location is very good. Right across from the train station and bus terminal to bring you to the city area and Taroko Gorge. Hotel is quite clean and well maintained. Breakfast has a large variety.

Waiting of the lifts is alright but can be faster. Probably a deep clean of the room carpets would be better.

Convenient and Comfortable stay near Hualien Train Station

The process for checking in was fast, the room was very clean, beds were done neatly and very comfortable. They have good spread for buffet breakfast. As we needed to check out early on the 3rd day to catch the train, the front desk staff informed and helped us to order take away breakfast during the check in. The hotel is situated within 5 mins walk to the train station, very convenient for people who travel by train.

Very Good

Super close to the station. The price is worth it. The staff are nice and helpful.

The air-conditioner can’t adjust to the comfortable temperature. Too cold… the smell of the room is a bit damp.
